Tuttle Chiropractic Supports The Salvation Army Angel Tree
For the third year in a row we are holding our annual Salvation Army Angel Tree here at Tuttle Chiropractic. The Salvation Army sponsors the event and all gifts go to local kids in need this Christmas season. We love this particular event because it really gives us a chance to not only give this Holiday, but give locally. We have put up a Christmas tree in the office that has little “angels” as ornaments. Each “Angel” has a small gift request from a local boy or girl with different age groups on it. There are options from newborn all the way up to 12 years old. It’s really neat because not only patients take the angels from the tree and fill the gift request, but people who have never heard of our office will come in to grab an angel and fill the gift request. The requests are not large. It’s usually in the $10-$15 range.
When the gift request is filled the gifts are brought back to the office and placed under the tree. The Salvation Army picks up the gifts and distributes them before Christmas. It’s truly amazing the response we get from this. By Christmas our entire reception area will be filled with gifts under the tree. We literally have to clear a path through the presents just so patients can walk through. It’s Awesome. It just goes to show how lucky we are to have the best, most generous patients in the world. We are so grateful to be able to do this. If you are interested in picking an angel off the tree we would be happy to help. Everyone is welcome. You do not have to be a patient to help. Please help us make this the best year yet for a great cause. If you would like to help, just contact the office or stop by. Here is a picture of the tree so far and an example of what the angel looks like. Have a GREAT Christmas.
